The secret of young people have been looking for since long time ago. Many researchers have done some experiments to find a way to slow the aging process.
There are techniques that have been made, but the most important thing to us that there is no consistent implementation of a healthy lifestyle and eating habits.

We cannot stop the natural change, but we still look younger if you want to work hard to slow down the aging process.

Therefore, I'm going to help the 10 simple steps to make you look younger:

The detox is important to start detoxification to get rid of the toxins in your body. Our body has this metabolic process, but in everyday life we are exposed to many chemical hazards in the air, food and environment. Fast or eat only fruits and vegetables in a way that detoxify the body.

Having enough sleep at least 6-8 hours of sleep makes your skin healthier. After a good night's sleep is important because of the growth hormone works during this time. This renews the old cell of our body, including the skin cells. Your skin will look fresh and young, if you have enough sleep.

Eating healthy foods and safe food everyday makes it suitable for our body, slim and look younger. Try to eat more fish, but red meat. Fiber, vegetables, fruits, and supplements it is important to consume food. Drink less coffee and other caffeine drinks.

Exercise through a routine practice, we will feel happier, energetic and confident. It also increases bone density and muscle, which may be that our body look 15-20 years younger. Besides aerobics, walking, swimming, going to the gym is not lifting exercise.

Relax in trying to be relaxed, our face look younger. Stress and anxiety is displayed in the face. If we are able to cope with stress, and feel the peace, our face will look younger and more attractive.

Happy social life, social life, increases our souls to a peaceful mind, and make us feel and look younger. Communication with friends, family, neighbors, colleagues, and others that they enjoy us.

Performance - Start to look at our performance. What is our ideal body weight? If not, try to correct to the best ideal weight. Also look at the skin, hair, nails and teeth. These are important because they show our age. Looks good and feels good, improves performance.
